How Can We Help Today?

Care That Fits the Situation in Front of You

EnCare MD brings together four distinct areas of care in one Dallas practice.
The idea is simple: give patients an accessible place to start for everyday medical needs, with specialty expertise available when the situation calls for something more.

WALK-IN URGENT CARE

Urgent Care

When you are sick, hurt, or simply need a straightforward medical visit, getting care should not feel complicated.
The EnCare Clinical Team provides walk-in and scheduled visits for common illnesses, minor injuries, wounds, testing, physicals, and selected office procedures.
On-site diagnostic services include digital X-ray, focused point-of-care ultrasound, rapid testing, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, blood draws, and EKGs when they can help guide the visit.
No referral is required.

Targeted relief and function

Interventional Pain Management

Pain care should begin with understanding the problem, not choosing a procedure.
Dr. Nenna Nwazota provides interventional and multimodal pain management for spine, joint, nerve, musculoskeletal, and other pain concerns.
The evaluation comes first. Depending on the findings, care may include image-guided procedures, medication strategies, infusion therapy, additional testing, conservative treatment, or coordination with another clinician.
The treatment should follow the findings, not the other way around.

CARE BEFORE, DURING & AFTER INFUSION

Infusion Medicine

Infusion treatment often begins before the IV ever does.
Different therapies can require different orders, records, laboratory work, authorization, preparation, and monitoring. EnCare MD helps coordinate those requirements before treatment so patients know what is needed and what to expect.
The practice has six dedicated infusion bays for medically directed outpatient treatment, including selected specialty medications, IV iron, osteoporosis therapies, IV antibiotics, medically indicated hydration, migraine rescue protocols, and other supported therapies.

HELP NAVIGATING RECOVERY

Post-Acute Pain & Recovery

Going home after surgery, hospitalization, emergency treatment, or an acute injury does not always mean the pain or recovery questions are over.
EnCare MD provides focused, short-term pain support for medically stable patients who need help navigating that transition.
Care can include review of the current pain plan, medication management, non-opioid strategies, interventional treatment when appropriate, IV pain infusions when medically indicated, and coordination with the clinicians already involved in recovery.
The program can continue for up to 90 days, although many patients need support for a much shorter period.
Same-day or next-business-day appointments may be available.

STREAMLINED REFERRAL SUPPORT

A Clearer Path for Referring Clinicians and Their Patients

When a patient needs focused pain or infusion support, the transition between care settings should make the next step clearer.
EnCare MD accepts referrals from physicians, surgeons, hospital discharge teams, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals for:
For post-acute patients, EnCare MD can provide focused pain support while the surgeon or treating clinician continues to oversee the underlying condition and routine follow-up.
Throughout that relationship, the goal is collaborative care with clearly defined roles. When EnCare MD’s focused role is complete, care can transition back to the treating team with communication about the care provided and appropriate next steps.

PAYMENT & INSURANCE

Insurance and Benefits

Insurance benefits can vary by plan, service, medication, and procedure.

EnCare MD can help you understand your available benefits and expected copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and out-of-network benefits before care whenever possible.

Because final coverage is determined by your insurance plan, our team can also help identify any authorization or coverage requirements that need to be addressed before treatment.
